Notes regarding reservations
Introduction
All communication regarding your reservation will be done via email.
If you do not receive the automated confirmation email sent after completing your reservation within several hours, it may be in your spam folder or your email address may be incorrect. Please check your spam folder, or if your email address is incorrect, please inform us via the "Contact Us" form that you have not received the email and provide the correct email address.
Please note that if we cannot confirm your email, you will not receive important check-in information and will not be able to check in.

This facility requires payment by credit card in advance.
Please note that we do not accept any payment methods other than credit cards (debit cards are not accepted).
We reserve the right to refuse reservations from anyone who does not agree to our terms of service and house rules.
check-in
Check-in is self-service using a dial lock at the location.
You can check in at any time you like after 4 PM.
We will send you the PIN code required to unlock the door via email in advance. Due to security reasons, we do not provide the PIN code by phone.
Checkout
Until 11:00 AM
Extending your check-out time may be possible for a fee depending on the reservation status. Please inform the operator in advance. Extension fee: 1200 yen/hour
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are free of charge up to 30 days prior to the arrival date. Cancellations made 30 days or less prior to the arrival date will incur a charge of 100% of the accommodation fee.
In case of a no-show (failure to stay without prior notice), 100% of the accommodation fee will be charged.
About parking
There is a partner paid parking lot located very close to the facility.
Parking is free of charge for reservations made in advance, up to the day before check-in. A fee of 1000 yen will be charged for reservations made on the day of check-in.
If you wish to use this service, please select the number of vehicles in the questions section on the reservation page.
For larger vehicles, two parking spaces may be required. Please contact us in advance.
You can enter and exit the parking lot freely.
